Lady Gaga is topping our too drab list for the third week in a row! She's no stranger to making a fashion statement, but she's starting to bore us with her countless fashion faux pas.
Gaga stepped out this week in New York City wearing a strapless black dress with a bedazzled sheer panel, showing off the fact that she wasn't wearing underwear. She topped off the odd ensemble with a studded beret and long black gloves. We know she's trying to be original, but the Mother Monster needs to stay in her lair.
Kim Kardashian attended fashion and celebrity photographer Mario Testino's Alta Moda event on Monday in New York wearing a netted, see-through, turtleneck top that left very little to the imagination -- see that in the gallery!
She tucked her skin-baring number in to a body-hugging, cream-colored maxi skirt. We get it, Kim, you've lost the baby weight!

She sported an 80's grunge-inspired ensemble, rocking a paisley green and black printed mini, black crop top and a denim jacket as a cape. She also showed off her new rainbow 'do, covering one eye with her messy mane. Not her best look!
