Miley Cyrus ditched the crop tops and leotards and went for much more modest style -- a classic white Versace paintsuit. The singer sported the tuxedo jacket with nothing underneath to add a pop of sex appeal. She added some edge by clipping giant safety pins to the bottom of the jacket. Most improved!

Taylor Swift looked stunning on the red carpet in a sequin gold Julian Macdonald mini with matching Jimmy Choo stilettos. The country cutie made sure to show her ex Harry Styles what he's been missing!

Ke$ha rocked the red carpet in an elegant long one-shoulder gown, showing off her fit figure and long legs. We love that that pop star kept her ensemble a bit minimal, instead of her usual over-the-top style. Classic and glam!

Nicole Richie wowed in a white hot Emilio Pucci gown! She showed off her toned abs and long, lean arms in the body-con gown. We love how she added a pop of glam with the chunky gold jewelry.

Christina Aguilera looked better than ever on the red carpet, donning a glamorous white dress with splits at the sides to show a bit of skin. The newly slim starlet wanted to show off her bangin' body — while keeping it classy — and found the perfect dress to do it!
