The actress walked the red carpet without her pants (okay, she was wearing VERY short shorts) at Z100's Jingle Ball 2013 in New York City on Friday.
Her bare-legged look was balanced out by an oversized sequin tee with the caption, "Same Old Chic." She also sported black leather thigh-highs and black booties. We wouldn't call this look "chic!"

The "America's Got Talent" judge stepped out at the "Under The Gunn" finale fashion show wearing every shade of red you can imagine! She was wearing scarlet red, lipstick red and pink-ish red -- adding a pop of black on her leather bowtie!? This outfit is all wrong.
