The actress looks stunningly scary in Disney's latest "Maleficent" poster, which was unveiled on Monday.
In the artwork, the villainess stands out against the white backdrop, spreading her giant black wings and sporting her signature black headpiece.
The Oscar-winner admits that she completely transformed into the character -- so much so, that she scared her kids!
"I loved being Maleficent. I was quite sad to put my staff down and put my horns away because somehow, she just lives in a different world," the 38-year-old actress told Entertainment Weekly. "But I did have to take my staff home to practice walking with it in my cloak, and then I would go outside and scream at the bushes to expand my voice and play with my voice. So, mom was a bit nutso for a period."
We can't wait to see the movie!
The film, which will be launching into theaters on May 30, also stars Sharlto Copley, Elle Fanning, Brenton Thwaites, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple, and Lesley Manville.
