The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star shared a snapshot from her morning visit at the gym Friday and showed off her toned derrière in the process.
The reality starlet appears to be performing dead lifts while she wears a black and white shirt with "LA" written on the back.
"I love this place. I hate not being consistent in the gym. Consistency is key when it comes to my body. Thank you Mr. Gym for being my therapy…Mind, Body and Soul," she wrote along with a side-by-side gym selfie.
There's no doubt that the 29-year-old has been looking fantastic recently, which begs the question, just how did she get in such great shape?
Her trainer Gunnar Peterson recently revealed her fitness plan.
As for a typical workout, Peterson explained to E! that Khloe does plyometric pushups, the sled, dead lifts, resistance bands and ab movement to keep her as lean and toned as possible.
The fitness guru also makes sure he has customized workouts for Khloe to keep her body guessing.
For instance, he has her doing "rotations with a lot of repetition," ranging anywhere from 15 to 20 reps or 24 to 32 depending on the weight she's using.
All that hard work is paying off!
