The football hottie turned 37-years-old on Sunday, but he was away from his supermodel wife and adorable kiddies this weekend to start practicing for his upcoming football season.
The Patriots are set to train with the Washington Redskins in Virgina this week, and their first preseason game will take place on Thursday.
Brady's team posted a shot on Instagram as well, as the stud made his way to the bus.
"The birthday boy himself heading to the buses," the Patriots posted with the candid pic.
Tom looked in great spirits (and super sexy) as he headed out of town while rocking a tan suit, a white button down and a black tie for his travels.
