When you look closely, her bling is clearly the amethyst and diamond ring from her collection. The 42-year-old beauty is also rocking a matching necklace.

Last week, the brunette bombshell spoke about her relationship with Joe for the first time. "You know, I'm just having a great time," she told Extra. "It's a special time in my life, and I'm trying not to think too much about it. It's something very new, so we will see what happens."
Sofia recently broke off her engagement to longtime love Nick Loeb, and the "True Blood" actor was engaged to model Audra Marie in 2010. We'd be VERY surprised if they were already planning to say "I do."
