To celebrate the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, we wanted to take a trip down memory lane and look at some of the wildest fashions from years past.
In 2014, Iggy Azalea wore an oriental-themed dress ... which looked about two sizes too small on the rapper. Maybe this year the "Fancy" singer will hire a stylist and a tailor.
While Beyonce normally nails her red carpet looks, in 2005 the "Drunk in Love" singer looked straight out of the '70s in this shiny gold number.
And in 1997, Carmen Electra left her underwear at home in this way-too-sexy dress. The former "Baywatch" star showed off every single curve on her body in the skin-tight look ... but we're sure she didn't get too many complaints.
