We're finally getting to see how Teresa and Joe Giudice's fraud charges have affected their family.
On Monday's the "Real Housewives of New Jersey," Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud. While we've already seen the couple's legal woes play out in the media, last night, we got to see all of the heartache that went on behind-the-scenes.

In one touching moment, Teresa and Joe's daughter Gia Giudice broke down in tears as she told her mom that she was well aware what was going on ... despite the Giudices' attempt to put on a brave face for their children.

It was refreshing to see the softer side of the matriarch. Thus far, the reality star has kept quiet (understandably) about the charges, and maintained a tough demeanor.
At the end of the episode, Teresa and Joe ended up taking their plea deal which meant pleading guilty to four counts of fraud. Check out the video above to hear their statement.
Both are still awaiting sentencing which will take place September 23. Teresa could face up to 27 months in prison, while Joe could get 46 months and deportation.
