While Selena looked sexy in the fun frock, we first saw "Pretty Little Liars" star Lucy Hale in the daring dress at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards back in August.
The brunette beauty paired her red dress with metallic Brian Atwood sandals and a black and gold Michael Kors clutch.
Both ladies looked fantastic, but we have to give the nod to Selena. We love how her sleek, minimal accessories make the dress stand out!
