In the photo, Kelly and River are both rocking big smiles. Clarkson's daughter also looks super cute wrapped up in a blanket while sporting comfy polka dot pajamas.
River has been going to a ton of events with the "American Idol" alum -- in just the past few months Clarkson's brought River to a concert and to the set of one of her music video shoots!
