How adorable is this mother-daughter duo?!
Melanie Griffith posted one super cute throwback photo with daughter Dakota Johnson via Instagram on Tuesday.
"Me and Dakota sporting tatoo [sic]' circa 1993," the 57-year-old captioned the cute candid.
In the shot, 4-year-old Dakota looks pretty excited to be rocking matching ink with her famous momma as she pulls up her white T-shirt to show off her temporary tat for the camera.
The 25-year-old will be making her leading lady debut playing Anastasia Steele in the big screen adaptation of "50 Shades of Grey," the widely beloved S&M novel by E.L. James.
Dakota is the daughter of Melanie and ex-husband Don Johnson -- the high profile pair were married from 1989-1996.
While Griffith has gushed about her daughter's starring role in "50 Shades," the actress told IndieWire that Dakota does not want her famous parents to see the steamy flick.
"She was like, 'You guys cannot come [to the premiere]. There's no way,'" Griffith told the site last August. "So we're not going."
