It's hard to believe Kate Gosselin gave birth to eight kids when you see that bikini bod!
The "Kate Plus 8" matriarch showed off her fit figure in a cleavage-baring, colorful two-piece while celebrating her 40th birthday in Cancun, Mexico on a special episode of the TLC show Tuesday night.
The blonde beauty spent some time in the sun with her 14-year-old twins, Cara and Maddie, and her 11-year-old sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel.
The family enjoyed a private birthday lunch at Haab restaurant, had fun at the Little Eko Chefs Kitchen, and the kids decorated gourmet birthday cakes for their mom.

During some down time during her vacation, the "Celebrity Apprentice" alum also talked how she really feels about life after divorcing ex-husband, Jon Gosselin.
Five years after a very public split, Kate still doesn't like to be asked about her rocky relationship. "Don't talk to me about ex situations," she tells a friend. "I don't define myself with that."
With the split behind her, the mother-of-eight admits her recent past has been "the greatest five years of my life."
