Nicole Richie is the queen of bold hair colors, and now she's taking her 'do one step further!
The House of Harlow designer debuted her new frosty rainbow hue on Instagram on Monday, playing up her newly-dyed locks with deep bordeaux lipstick, a white top and a matching choker necklace.
The "Candidly Nicole" star has tried every shade under the sun, transforming her tresses from blonde to blue to lavender and even bubblegum pink.

The natural brunette recently admitted that constantly coloring your hair is a young girl's thing, but she still loves switching it up.
"You know what I realized? You know who colors their hair all the time? 20-year-old idiots. They don't care," Nicole told Yahoo! Style. "Every time I would dye my hair and every time I would wash my hair it would come out a different color and I was like, 'Am I doing something wrong?'"
"And then it hit me: No one else complains because they're 20 and an idiot," she continued. "They don't care. If you're going to have colored hair you have to go with the flow and think to yourself 'I'm 20, I don't care.'"
