Kourtney Kardashian is opening up about her crazy 2015!
In a new blog post on her website titled "Coping with My Anxiety," the reality TV reveals some of the difficulties she had following her split from Scott Disick.
The pair ended their nine-year relationship in July after the 32-year-old was spotted getting cozy with another woman. While Kourt planned to work hard on her post-baby body following the birth of their third child together, she hadn't anticipated just how much was going to be added to her plate.
"When I was pregnant with Reign, I knew that I was going to go hard at working out afterwards," she said. "I couldn't wait to feel strong and in shape again. I didn't know that I would be going through a break up and just an overall crazy year."
"Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently," she continues. "I'm generally not a nervous person but I get anxious. I also get nauseous and feel like I can't eat when it is really bad, but I force myself to stay healthy."
Luckily, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star found that hitting the gym not only helped ease her anxiety, but also got her a flawless physique!
"One thing I've found that really helps is working out. I try to exercise 5 days a week," she explains. "I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up. I have to do something fast to really kill it. And I definitely need good music."
"People are very quick to judge others by appearances but you truly don't know what someone's motivation is or what is going on inside them. For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind."
