Ne-Yo's Wife Crystal Renay Shares First Photo of Their Adorable Newborn Son

Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal Renay welcomed their son, Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr., on Wednesday and took to Instagram a day later to share the first photo of the precious newborn.

"Allow me to introduce to you all Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr! I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS LIL MAN! Now I know what it means to have your heart walk around outside of your body... In the photo, the "Closer" singer's adorable baby boy is wrapped in a white blanket while he lays in his mother's arms and looks toward the camera.

This is the third child for the 36-year-old, who shares daughter Madilyn, 5, and son Mason, 4, with ex-girlfriend Monyetta Shaw.

Ne-Yo and Renay tied the knot last month after revealing they were expecting their first child together in September. While baby and mom are doing well, the delivery was not an easy one.

"Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr has arrived! 6lbs 8oz, 19 inches it was the scariest delivery ever and I ended up getting a emergency C-section cause of complications but with the help of my amazing doctor @drsherryr and my super calming husband @neyo I was able to get through it all and come out with best reward in the world... SJ!!!!! #BestDayOfMyLife," Renay revealed in a post.
