Khloe Kardashian is going forward with her divorce from Lamar Odom ... again.
Though she initially filed back in December 2013, she dismissed the petition after her ex overdosed at a Nevada brothel last year.
The reality TV star re-filed for divorce on Thursday, according to TMZ, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to the report, the two are "on good terms" and he was "given a heads up" she was filing.
"I pulled back on the divorce because there is no rush for it," she told PEOPLE back in October. "For medical decisions and a ton of other things, it's just smarter that it's put on hold. But that does not mean I'm back with Lamar. It's not even in our brains to think about us having a relationship. Only time will tell."
"I loved him always, and I will always love him," she added. "I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him. I love Lamar, and I'll always be there for him like I promised."
According to TMZ, the breaking point came when she saw photos of Lamar drinking again in March.
Kardashian and Odom married in 2009, after just one month together.
