The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star partied in the dress during a trip to Vegas for Scott Disick's 33rd birthday at 1OAK on Saturday.
The mom-of-three opted for a high ponytail, hoop earrings and a pair of fringed Alaia heels to complete the look.
While we love Kourt's fierce styling, the dress isn't tailored to her petite frame. We're giving extra points to Irina on this one for keeping the look simple and adding those fun shoes!
