Jennifer Aniston has one beauty regret.
The actress appears in the new issue of Glamour U.K., where she reveals what beauty advice she'd tell her younger self.
"I always think, 'Why didn't someone make me wear sunscreen?'" the actress tells the mag. "It comes back to being young and thinking I was invincible — I thought that dewy, tanned skin would just stay beautiful but you have to protect it. I understand it's not easy, it's hard to keep remembering and reapplying, but it's so worth it."
In fact, the 47-year-old says she overall didn't take the best care of herself back in the day and it definitely showed.
"I remember during teenage years and even in my twenties, I kind of thought I … could eat all the crap in the world but it affected my skin," she continued. "I had a few more blemishes and sometimes an uneven tone."
These days, it's a different story.
"I always wash it properly, drink lots and lots of water and I really believe that what you put inside your body reflects through your skin," she says.
And, even at her worst, the "Mother's Day" star admits that she hit the gene pool lottery when it comes to her complexion.
"I have my father to thank for that and my grandmother," she confesses. "They have beautiful skin."
