Beyoncé rolled up to this year's MTV VMAs rocking sequins, feathers and beads (oh my!), but it was Blue Ivy who totally stole the spotlight.
The two posed hand in hand in matching getups for pre-show pictures at New York's Madison Square Garden, looking like red carpet royalty at the big event.
The 34-year-old "Lemonade" songstress has always been a fashion risk taker, and this award show was no different. Her baby blue (pun intended?) fitted gown transitioned from a bold, feathered bodice to a sheer, beaded, mermaid-style bottom. Her slicked-back, braided hair showed off her gorgeous emerald drop earrings perfectly. She completed her look with a fresh face, a nude lip, and of course, the world's cutest 4 year old.
It only makes sense that Blue sported a princess-like dress, complete with a shimmery gold bodice and full ballerina skirt. The tiny tot matched mom, rocking some pretty fierce braids of her own. Oh, and she wore a tiara, natch.
And it's not cheap to look this cute. Beyonce's mini-me sported a $10,950 Mischka Aoki "Grand Royale" dress from Bergdorf Goodman NY, $565 Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers and a Lorraine Schwartz tiara.
