Bethenny Frankel is an open book.
The "Real Housewives of New York City" star stopped by "Watch What Happens Live" on Wednesday, where a caller asked the reality TV star if she's known under the knife.
"I was wondering if you had any plastic surgery done lately?" a caller asked the 45-year-old.
"I didn't," Frankel confessed. "Well, I had my jaw injected with Botox because I have TMJ, and if you look at pictures of me from probably, like, seven years ago it's gradually gotten smaller to the point where I had to stop, and now it actually hurts again."

Host Andy Cohen likewise agreed with Bethenny's statement. "It does look like your jaw is smaller," he said.
In May, the mother-of-one said her doctor recommended Botox in her jaw line to treat her TMJ. Though she says her face "completely changed," she also attributes her new look at the recent "RHONY" reunion (above right) to her makeup artist.
"I looked at the reunion and my eyes — the little trick that actually [makeup artist] Kristofer Buckle taught Maryana, my makeup artist, is when you put your eyelashes on, put the ends up a little bit, and it makes your eyes look a little more out. So they don't go down," she revealed. "But, no, I have not. I have not had any plastic surgery."
