Halle Berry is moving onwards and upwards!
The actress opened up about life after her breakup from ex Olivier Martinez, who she filed for divorce from after two years of marriage.
"I just feel happy, you know? I've arrived at a really good place once again, that's always good news ... Down time, dark times, don't last forever — the sun is out again and it feels great," she told "Extra's" Teri Seymour of her new single status while on the red carpet for Revlon's annual luncheon.
The "X-Men" alum likewise opened up about turning the big 5-0 back in August, and revealed how she celebrated with an intimate get-together.
"It was very small," she said of her birthday celebrations. "I've never had a birthday party, so it wasn't a big extravaganza; it's not how I do it. I was with my family, people I loved, it was a really good day. I've never defined myself by that number, so it was a really good day."
