Jimmy Fallon Celebrates 'May the Fourth' With 'All Star' Tribute to 'Star Wars' -- And Smash Mouth (Video)

To introduce the "Tonight Show" segment (above), Fallon read his audience a fan letter: “I love Star Wars. I also love the song 'All Star' by Smash Mouth."

And so it was born: an "All Star" "Star Wars" Smash Mouth mashup. And with over 105,000 views since it was released last night, the internet already loves it.

The video features characters, creatures and droids from the entire franchise all contributing a word or two to fill in the lyrics of the 1999 hit song. Keep an eye out for Padmee Amidala, Maz Kanata, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo, Rey, Luke Skywalker, Kylo Ren, Anakin Skywalker, Supreme Leader Snoke, Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian, Mace Windu, Galen Erso, Finn, Jyn Erso and even the most unpopular "Star Wars" character of all time, Jar Jar Binks.

As of Thursday morning, Smash Mouth retweeted Fallon's video with the comment “#HanStar.”

This isn't the first time someone has remixed the famous song as lead singer Steve Harwell told “The Daily Dot” last year that, “Our standard answer is, 'Hey, we invented the meme.' It's a fun song to remix and mash-up, that's for sure. The pocket it sits in lends it to work with tons of songs for mash-ups.”
