"The Real Housewives of New York" was all about charity Wednesday night.
Bethenny Frankel got emotional at her Dress For Success event, Dorinda Medley hosted a Beauty for Freedom charity auction and Tinsley Mortimer catered to one young boy in particular.
Here's everything you need to know about Wednesday's episode:
Bethenny finally meets Tom D'Agostino
Bethenny meets Luann's then-fiancee for the first time at Dorinda Medley's Beauty for Freedom charity auction, and the two actually have a nice encounter. Bethenny apologized for "causing any trauma" last season when she showed Luann D'Agostino the photo of her now-husband kissing another woman, and Tom brushed it off maturely.
Newcomer Tinsley Mortimer, 31, has said since the start of the season that her goal is to get married and have children. However 23-year-old Chad who she met and makes out with at a bar is directly opposed to the dating rules set up by friend and roommate Sonja Morgan.
She later went on a bowling date with Chad, where he got carded and she didn't.
Bethenny gets emotional during her speech at Dress For Success
Bethenny Frankel was honored by colleague Joi Gordon for her time and dedication to Dress For Success, a charity helps wardrobe and prepare underprivileged women for job interviews.
During Bethenny's acceptance speech she announced the launch of new initiative Be Strong, a charity for women in crisis. Carole Radziwill showed up to support her friend.
"Bethenny may have signed her divorce papers, but she is still in the thick of it with her ex, and all of these emotions are coming to the surface," Carole told confessional cams after Bethenny got emotional during her speech.
"There have been unexpected events as a result of my divorce that have been brutal, and I just felt like, how could I help other women? How could I really show them that if something negative happened to me, of course it could happen to them?" Bethenny said. "Be Strong inspires me to help other women get out of their situation, especially financially."
