Chrissy Metz gave TooFab a glowing review of Sylvester Stallone's time on set of "This Is Us" while shooting Season 2, and even shared the "great advice" he gave her.
"He's the best. He gave me such great advice. He was so warm and just funny. I mean really funny. I thought he was going to be a little more stoic, but he could not be more funny,” Metz told TooFab at the 2017 Television Advocacy Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday. "He just said that it's about having thick skin. It's about being resilient in this town."
When asked about how she hopes her character develops in Season 2, Metz said she would like writers to explore her rocky relationship with her mother.

View Story"I think that I really want to delve more into Kate and Rebecca's relationship," she said, "and how and why and those really formative years of teenage, dumb of you know, what was effected.”
Metz also said there will be plenty more singing from her character "right out of the gate."
"This Is Us" Season 2 premieres Sept. 26 on NBC.
