Today in Hollywood Harassment: Kevin Spacey Replaced While Ed Westwick and Jeremy Piven Face New Accusations

In other news as an onslaught of unsavory allegations rock Hollywood, Charlie Sheen denied National Enquirer report he sexually abused a teenage Corey Haim on the set of "Lucas" and Ellen DeGeneres tweeted about her wife Portia de Rossi's allegation against Steven Seagal.

Here's the latest developments:

The Los Angeles Police Department said they are no longer investigating "The Goonies" actor Corey Feldman's sexual harassment and abuse claims because the statue of limitations has expired.

"The alleged accordance is out of statue and Robbery/Homicide have no avenues to pursue the case," an LAPD spokesperson told E! News.

The update follows the actor's promise last week on the Today show to name all of his alleged predators in his Truth Campaign film.

Amid numerous sexual harassment and abuse allegations against Spacey, Sony and "All the Money in the World" director Ridley Scott decided to replace the Oscar winner, who plays John Paul Getty in the film, with Christopher Plummer.

The studio believes Spacey shot around two weeks worth of footage so they are planning to reshoot all of his scenes with Plummer in the next couple of weeks in order to stay on schedule for the film's Dec. 22 release date.

The kidnapping drama's world premiere at AFI Fest was already cancelled due to the Spacey scandal, which also got the actor booted from hit Netflix political drama "House of Cards."

Former actress Aurélie Wynn wrote about her alleged interaction between herself and the "Gossip Girl" actor on Facebook just a few days after the actor was accused of raping actress Kristina Cohen.

"I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight," Wynn said Wednesday. "I was wearing a once piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny. When it was over I got my cellphone and found that the girl that had invited me had left or got kicked out."

Wynn said her boyfriend that the time, "Glee" star Mark Salling, ended their relationship after she told him that she was raped.

In a statement posted to Twitter Thursday, Westwick said, "It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, that there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct. I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible."

Another woman outside of Hollywood told People that "Entourage" actor Jeremy Piven masturbated in front of her and rubbed his genitalia against her in NYC in 2003.

"I pushed him off of me and rand own the short hallway to get to the door," Tiffany Bacon Scourby said. "I rubbed my chest against the wall to get his [semen] off of my sweater. I ran outside and hailed a cab and I just burst into tears. I cried the entire way back to my hotel."

Piven told the publication that he denies the allegation and a polygraph test "would have clearly proven this allegation to be entirely fabricated, a complete lie."

"Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever," Piven said. "I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this."

"Friday the 13th" actor Dominick Brascia told the National Enquirer that Haim, a former child star who is now dead, said he had sex with Sheen while filming 1986 movie "Lucas." Haim would have been 13 at the time, while Sheen was 19.

"Charlie Sheen categorically denies these allegations," the actors rep said.

DeGeneres tweeted that after her wife took to Twitter Wednesday evening to share an uncomfortable audition experience with former action star Seagal, who she said unzipped his fly in front of her in his office.

"My final audition for a Steven Seagal movie took place in his office. He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants," de Rossi tweeted.

She continued to explain that she immediately ran out of their meeting and called her agent to explain what had just occurred, but even she was completely "unfazed" by the actor's actions.
