The excitement is real: Disney just released the first teaser for "The Incredibles 2," which is set to hit theaters in June of next year.
The sequel to Pixar's 2004 superhero film will bring back the animated super-powered Parr family, picking up where the end of "The Incredibles" left off, with baby Jack-Jack beginning to manifest powers after being kidnapped by super villain Syndrome, voiced by Jason Lee.
The minute-long teaser below shows Jack getting in touch with his powers at the expense of Mr. Incredible, voiced by Craig T. Nelson. "The Incredibles 2" will chronicle Mr. Incredible caring for Jack while Elastigirl, voiced by Holly Hunter, is out saving the world.

Director Brad Bird said that advances in animation technology since the film's 2004 predecessor have allowed production to revisit the characters and make them more expressive and realistic.
Disney/Pixar's "Incredibles 2" opens in theaters in 3D on June 15, 2018.
