"So you know the government is taking 40 percent off my taxes, and Uncle Sam, I want to know what you're doing with my f-cking tax money," the "Bodak Yellow" singer said at the top of the selfie-style video (below).
"When you donate to a kid from a foreign country, they give you updates of what they're doing with your donation. I want to know what you're doing with my f-cking tax monoey, because I'm from New York and the streets always dirty," she continued. "We was voted the dirtiest city in America. What is y'all doing? There's rats on the damn trains, I know you're not spending it in no damn prison because you're giving n---ers like two underwears, one jump suit for like five months. So what is y'all n---ers doing with my f-cking money?"
"I want to know. I want receipts. I want everything," she concluded. "I want to know what y'all f-cking n---ers are going with my f-cking money. What is y'all n---ers doing with my f-cking money? Uncle Sam, I want to know what you're doing with my motherf-cking money."

We're guessing Cardi's accountant recently filed her taxes, and probably forked over millions.
The Washington Post was kind enough to break down where her money is going, pointing out that the majority of the grievances she mentions aren't federally funded (subway and trash would be under state and city authority), but at least her complaint about prisons falls under Uncle Sam's jurisdiction.
Take a look at the breakdown if you're curious, Cardi, and please update us if you get a receipt from the government, because we wouldn't mind one either.
