From Kim's desire to have at least one more child to whether she's willing to "root" for Khloe Kardashian and her cheating baby daddy Tristan Thompson, here's everything you need to know from the joint interview.
Though she and Kanye West already have three children -- North, Saint and Chicago -- Kim isn't ready to call it a day just yet.
"I would have maybe one more. I would maybe try for one more," she said. "I really, really enjoyed the surrogacy process -- I mean, I enjoyed carrying myself and that wasn't an option for me for my last child and moving forward. I will say, when it came time to the breastfeeding time, I was like, this is the best decision I ever made. It's a game changer ... and having to not go through that every few hours, breastfeeding, I can spend so much more time with the other kids and getting them used to the new baby."
Kardashian also revealed why she and West decided to tell their surrogate who they were before agreeing to carry their child. "I wanted to give the person I felt like was a good candidate for our family, I wanted to give her the opportunity to choose us too," she explained. "I didn't want them to be an obsessed fan or anything, but I wanted them to be respectful and like who I am as a person and want to take that responsibility on. I just wanted them to be on the same page with me and know that it was me to make that choice for themselves and their family too."
Kim kept it short and sweet when asked about her husband, whose controversial tweets and televised antics have led to quite a few concerned headlines about him recently.
"It's been a light week," Kim said when asked how he's doing. "He's doing really good. He's in Wyoming recording, he has a couple albums coming out so he's just focused on that. I will say, he gave me my first gray hair this week and I am blaming that on him. No, he's doing really good."
She added that she actually got 3 gray hairs this week. What'd he do this time?!
The hosts briefly talked about Kim's robbery in Paris as well, with Ryan asking whether she noticed how it affected Kanye at all. "Not really, because he always is so strong," she said. "Obviously, he made a lot of changes with our security detail and took so much time taking meetings just to make sure everything was really different. As far as emotionally, he always was really strong, he was my rock."
When asked how her sister Khloe is doing after her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, was exposed as a cheater the week she gave birth, Kim chose her words very carefully.
"Khloe's doing, honestly, she's so focused on her baby. The baby is gorgeous. She's so happy," Kim answered, before Seacrest got to the question we really wanted her to answer.
"Is there any part of you, and I know you'll be honest for this answer, is there any part of you that roots for Khloe and Tristan?" he asked, something inquiring minds just need to know as the two new parents appear to be rekindling their relationship after the scandal.
"I mean ... last time I went on TV and answered some questions about her, I got blocked on social media," Kim answered, likely referring to Tristan unfollowing her on Twitter after she called the situation "so f-cked up" on "Ellen" last month "So I'm going to, yes I'm always rooting for her, for love. I'm always rooting for families," she added.
Kim said both Kylie Jenner and Khloe hit her up for advice and they're "on a group chat 24/7."
"It's always like, wait, what's the new monitor? What formula are you using?" she explained, before sharing how Kylie saved the day for her too. "I was rushing out the door going on vacation and I could not figure out this new stroller that Kylie told me to get. I called her and was like, 'I cannot put this together, I'm freaking out, I'm gonna miss my flight. I'm coming over, I'm taking your stroller, you can figure out how to put mine together.'"
She also said it's "so much fun" to see all their kids growing up together, adding that Kylie joked they should start their own school.
Kris joined her daughter near the end of the interview and while she didn't say anything too crazy, she did call out Khloe for her behavior as a teenager.
"Khloe would sneak out at night when she was a teenager and I don't think she could even drive yet," she explained. "She would stuff her bed, so if we peeked in the room it would look like her. We finally caught her, because that thing never moved and it looked the same." Now that Khloe's a mom to a daughter herself, Jenner joked, "Payback's a bitch."
Kris also added that her grandkids all call her "Lovey" instead of "Grandma" and she's able to keep up with all the Kardashians thanks to organized lists she makes every day.
