Kate Beckinsale's 45th birthday was the G.O.A.T.
The actress celebrated her "best birthday ever" on Friday by going to goat yoga along with ex Michael Sheen and their daughter Lily. Beckinsale posted photos and a video to Instagram of her working out with her new furry friends and joked that she was happy that the goat's "blessings" (a.k.a. feces) were fired on Sheen's mat.

The compliation of photos showed Beckinsale stretching in a downward dog position with a goat on top of her, Lily and Sheen posing with the cute creatures, and even someone sweeping up a pile of droppings.

In addition, the "Underworld" star also received some "birthday kisses" from one goat after luring him in with a treat.

Lily, 19, also got her mother a birthday cake that tops all others -- a Cardi B themed treat! The proud mama posted a photo of the confection on Instagram, showing her face Photoshopped into the rapper's "Invasion of Privacy" album cover with the "Katy B."
"Help me my kid's amazing @lily_sheen @cakeandart #katyb," Beckinsale captioned the pic.

Despite splitting in 2003, Beckinsale and Sheen have the co-parenting thing down and remain close friends. Beckinsale even posted a video of the two of them getting into a cat mascot uniform last week.
