The "girl code" debate between Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd continued on Monday's "Real Housewives of Orange County" -- with newcomer Gina Kirschenheiter getting in on the action.
Although she was sorry she hurt Kelly's feelings, Vicki didn't think she did anything wrong by setting up Kelly's ex-husband, Michael Dodd, with one of her friends. She also didn't feel bad about going a double date with them without telling Kelly about it.

She told Kelly she was going to tell her the night they went to dinner but chose not to because Kelly's daughter was present. She also said she didn't feel it was a conversation to be had over the phone and added that her friend and Michael both asked her not to tell Kelly because they said "they would."
Kelly wasn't having any of it and even referred to Vicki as a "fair-weather friend." After getting into a debate about whether respect is deserved or earned, the two sorta-kinda patched things up and decided to move on.
But the topic reared its ugly head in front of all the Housewives the next night at dinner, where Vicki met Gina for the first time.
"How long have you been here from New Jersey?" was the first thing Vicki said to Gina, a Long Island native. Gina jokingly brushed it off, but you could tell she was peeved.
Gina then made a comment about how she lived in Newport when she first moved to California and said, "No offense, but I couldn't do it anymore." Well, Shannon Beador -- who already doesn't like newcomers -- was offended.
"I live in Newport," she shot back as she glared at the other women.

Kelly quickly interrupted. "What's bizarre is that [Vicki] hooked up my ex-husband with a friend that's our friend," she said to Gina.
"Wait, what's going on? Did you hook them up? I'm confused," Gina replied.
"Michael wanted to meet her," Vicki said, to which Gina replied, "And did you facilitate that?"

"See -- she's a lawyer!" Kelly said. "She knows!"
"I'm not a lawyer, but that s--t's girl code," Gina fired back, looking at Vicki. "What girl is in a situation where she's like, we have to keep this whole s--t a secret 'cause I'm friends with his ex-wife and whatever? It's like, what a f--king loser is she?! That she's like, 'Yes, lemme get in line! I wanna date him. I wanna date that man! He sounds like a winner! Yes, set me up on that motherf--king date.' I would personally say, 'F--k you, I'm not even hooking you up.'"
Vicki was not happy, especially after Kelly's "boyfriend" later crashed their dinner and proceeded to make out with her in front of everyone. It got so uncomfortable that everyone ended up leaving.

"She just wants everyone to agree with her," Tamra said, to which Gina replied, "Yeahhh, I'm definitely not that person."
"In New York, when you walk down the street, four out of 10 people will say hello to you, but those four people you know like you," Gina later told Bravo cams. "But [in Orange County], 10 people will say, 'Hi, how ya doin'?' and seven actually f--king hate your guts."
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
