"Oh, my God. I wanna thank you guys so much," she began her acceptance speech. "Shoutout to my fans. I know they're watching. They're watching online. And don't be coming for Fifth Harmony because Normani Kordei is that bitch," she added, throwing shade at Haddish.
In response, Kordei thanked Minaj for "lifting" her up and sent her "love" and "congratulations."
"@NICKIMINAJ I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you," she wrote on Twitter. "You perfect queen you! Thank you for lifting me up. God is real. Now y'all know I love me some Nickiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Congratulations on tonight!!! Proud of you always."
Twitter users warned Haddish that you don't throw shade at Kordei and you especially don't do it in front of her pal Minaj. Kordei even retweeted some of her fans responses as well.
