We all knew this was coming, but now it's official: Kevin Spacey's character has been killed off "House of Cards" following the sexual misconduct allegations made against him.
Netflix dropped new footage from the show's upcoming sixth and final season, showing Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) standing in front of Francis Underwood's grave, cooly gloating about her own popularity.

"I'll tell you this though, Francis," she says to her late husband. "When they bury me, it won't be in my backyard. And when they pay their respects, they'll have to wait in line."
The clip then shows Frank's headstone, next to his father Calvin's.
The show returns on November 2, almost a year to the day Spacey was fired from the show. "Netflix will not be involved with any further production of House of Cards that includes Kevin Spacey," Netflix said in November 2017.
In the actor's absence, Wright will take the lead, as Diane Lane, Greg Kinnear and Cody Fern also join the cast.
