He pulls her in close and totally licks her nose. And not just tip to tip, he came at her with the entire surface area of his tongue.
Khloe is all awkward smiles as he holds her head and sings, but the moment it's tongue-on-nose action, she can be heard saying, "Okay" and pulling away as the video stops. Alas, we may never know how things escalated from that moment.

Did Khloe get her revenge on Tristan by licking him back, maybe on the eye? Is Tristan going to get a record deal after those dulcet tones go viral? Will Kourtney ever going to agree to be the "third wheel" again? The answer to all of these questions may well be "no."
It at least seems indicative that, at least for the moment, Khloe and Tristan are in a good place in their relationship. It's been a rocky road for the couple with Khloe expressing growing frustration earlier this month over ongoing rumors of Tristan cheating, and even marriage talk via Perez Hilton.

"I'm saying the story about marriage and anyone insinuating they know what we speak about privately is 'crap.' Not upset by the commenters. Not upset by anything. Whether or not he cheated, and the rumor mill had that happening shortly before the birth of their child together, Khloe has clearly chosen to stay by her man. Or at least, she had until he tried to clean her face like a mama cat. Everything could be different now.
