Kim Zolciak Denies Ever Photoshopping Her Kids

Kim Zolciak has slammed claims she Photoshopped her four-year-old twins, Kaia and Kane, to make them look slimmer on social media.

On Tuesday the former "RHOA" star tweeted: "People are f---in SICK!! Get the f--k out here!! No post was taken down and no photo has been nor will ever be edited of my children! I will no longer stand for this bullshit!"

Zolciak was responding to various social media accounts claiming she altered an image of her twins. According to Instagram account @wigzncigs, the star apparently deleted a picture of her children only to repost it after giving it a heavy edit. Attempting to provide proof of these claims, @wigzncigs posted a side-by-side comparison of what they claimed was the original vs the edited photo of the star's children, noting that the twins looked a little slimmer in the new picture.

'Kaia's waist was taken in and her legs were made thinner,' the Instagram user captioned the image. "Kane's ear was also made smaller."

The same account later posted a video overlapping the two images to make the difference more distinct, captioning it 'You will not get away with this! You are a disgusting human being and karma will get you!'

The @wigzncigs account claims to work to 'expose Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her family for the liars & frauds they are!'

The mother of six has previously been hit with similar claims of altering images of her family in the past, which she has always vehemently denied.
