All the compliments in the world couldn't calm Kylie Jenner's anxiety as she prepared to do her first half-naked photoshoot since the birth of her daughter Stormi.
In a sneak peek at Sunday's new episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Jenner expresses unease with her body before doing an underwear shoot with all of her sisters for Calvin Klein.

"And your belly button is back to normal," a still-pregnant Khloe says. "I'm 198 right now, so if you want to f--king play this game. Your belly button went back to normal."
But Jenner doesn't agree, saying "it looks different" and disagreeing again when Khloe says her body "looks f--king crazy."
"This is gonna be kind of my first photo shoot after Stormi and doing like my first few fittings and getting back into it, it's kinda of hard and discouraging," Jenner admits in a confessional before they all step out on set.
