Kim Kardashian Faces Tristan Thompson In Khloe's Delivery Room and It's Awkward as Hell

The mood inside Khloe Kardashian's delivery room was surprisingly subdued, despite a cheating scandal blowing up around the family just days before she gave birth.

In a sneak peek at Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," we get a glimpse at how Khloe's mother and sisters interacted with Tristan Thompson in the hospital, after he was caught stepping out on his baby mama on video.

As both Kim Kardashian and Khloe's BFF Malika Haqq arrive, they appear to ignore Tristan entirely as they hug everyone else in the room.

While Kim waits to use the restroom, she's seen standing close to Thompson, laughing while making gestures about slitting his throat behind his back. Neither he or Khloe see what she's doing.

Khloe does, however, call out some of the awkwardness in the room, asking Kim and Tristan, "Are you going to say hi to each other or no?" What follows is a cringeworthy side-hug they both can't seem to escape from fast enough.

"The vibe in the room is calm. I thought there would be way more tension," Kim admits in a confessional. "As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute. I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her."

Khloe and Tristan are seen holding hands as they wait for their baby girl to arrive.

Though Kylie Jenner couldn't make the trip, she calls Khloe on FaceTime and attempts to keep everything positive as well. Also upping the mood: Kris Jenner's sweet, sweet dance moves.

"I'm really excited to have everyone there, but oh my god, I'm getting that much closer to actually having to give birth, which is still just, phew," Khloe adds in her own confessional.
