Kim Kardashian drops by "Ellen" on Tuesday where she opens up about her sexy social posts, Kanye's love of fatherhood and gives away a ton of money.
Kim Kardashian dropped by "Ellen" on Wednesday to talk about a whole lot of things, and give away a half-million dollars.
It was a productive exchange between Ellen DeGeneres and Mrs. Kardashian West as Ellen kept throwing up pictures and demanding explanations. She also totally outed momager Kris Jenner for making fun of Kim's love of designer bike shorts -- and yet she's never biking when she wears them.
Kim didn't seem familiar with Kris' comments, and later she wasn't familiar with Travis Scott's appearance on "Ellen," either. She tried to play that one off by saying she watches "Ellen," but just hadn't seen that episode, which makes us want to ask, do you? Do you really watch "Ellen"? It's okay to say you don't, you know.
Kim did take her mom's ribbing in good spirits, though, teasing her right back. "I've been wearing bike shorts for years now and now every other designer is selling them," she told Ellen. "I'm taking that ten percent away from her on those bike shorts. She said she didn't like them, well she's cut out of that percentage."

Digging into the archives all the way back early August, Ellen decided to do some teasing of her own by picking one of Kim's more ridiculous Instagram posts. Because doesn't everyone bake in a matching pair of undies and bra? Well, as it turns out, not even Kim does that.
"That outfit I probably had on under the sweats, but sometimes you gotta do some things for the 'Gram," she said. "So we do little impromptu photo shoots just for Instagram. But I wasn't walking around baking like that."
So everything is a lie? We thought Instagram was just unfiltered Kim Kardashian exactly as she is in her natural habitat. Next thing you know, Kim will be telling us this isn't how you ride around in a car.

Kim admitted that sometimes her racy Instagram shots do bother husband Kanye West. "It's like half and half," she said of his mix of support and discomfort. "He always wants me to be me and feel confident and we're having fun, but it also bothers him."
She said that while she hasn't stopped posting pics like these, obviously, it goes more in cycles these days, with her perhaps posting more conservatively for awhile until she's feeling particularly empowered. Perhaps to bake cookies in her underwear. As you do.
While his fans keep waiting for his next album, Kim kind of hinted at one of the things that may be delaying it, other than Kanye's retreat from the spotlight and politics after claiming he'd felt used.
"I don't want to make it like it's an announcement because I think he's kind of joking, but he has like all week, he's been like, you know what, I love just being a dad," she told Ellen. "Like it would be so fun to give up being Kanye West and become Dad-ye full-time, like the Manny."

Of course, as Ellen put it, it's never going to happen. Kanye will never stop producing music and innovating as an artist, even if we're not always able to keep up with or understand what he's trying to say. But it's hard to fault him if he wants to step back and spend some more time at home with those adorable kiddos.
One of the elements of being a part of the Kardashian circle is the recycling of family drama. While Kanye has gotten used to this by now, it's still relatively new for Tristan Thompson, who's found himself having to reliving the cheating scandal that rocked his relationship with Khloe six months ago.
When you're a Kardashian, you live through these experiences and then you go through them again when they're edited, packaged and delivered as new episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
"It is awkward, especially for maybe Tristan, who isn't used to this," Kim said. "Unfortunately, that's what was going on in our lives, so six months later, when it replays and they've gotten through what they needed to get through, it's rehashed in front of everyone and everyone's giving their opinions all over again."
As for the rest of the family, they've learned to see a kind of silver lining in repeating their family highlights and lowlights. "It's our reality and we've learned to kind of use it as a therapy just to kind of get it out one last time with everyone else," she explained.
Kim and Ellen both spoke about the recent spate of wildfires that have ravaged California, and particularly the Woolsey fire that impacted them close to home. For Kim, the fire was right up to her home, but she was so grateful to firefighters who were able to save it, and the neighborhood of homes behind her.
She even took the extra step of hiring private firefighters, which she admitted was a luxury she's not taking for granted and is every so appreciative she could do, to protect her entire street of homes. As they were situated, were those homes to catch fire, it would likely spread to the rest of the neighborhood behind them, as TMZ reported.
In appreciation for the tireless efforts of all the firefighters in recent weeks up and down the state, Kanye West, Yeezy and Adidas donated two checks for $200,000 each, with one going to the California Fire Foundation and the other to California Community Foundation's Wildfire Relief Fund.
They then brought out a firefighting family who stopped to help to others in the fires while fleeing their own burning home. After hearing their touching story, Kim had a huge surprise for them as well. You can check it all out in the video below.
