The rapper also calls out Reese Witherspoon, Jada Pinkett Smith and a "Christina" that might be Aguilera.
Eminem entered dangerous territory during a new 11-minute freestyle targeting the Manchester bombing tragedy during an Ariana Grande concert in 2017.
He spit out the verse during a video of his performance, called "Kick Off," shot at Detroit's St. Andrew's Hall, where he squared off against other battle rappers early on his career.
"Positive clean thoughts intervene / But they're all either altered and mean / Assault and demean, tossed and they're being lost in the scheme / Squashed in-between a brainwashing machine / Like an Islamic regime, a jihadist extreme radical Suicide bomber that's seeing / Ariana Grande sing her last song of the evening / And as the audience from the damn concert is leaving / Detonates the device strapped to his abdominal region / I'm not gonna finish that for obvious reasons."
The terrorist attack killed 22 concertgoers after a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device at one of the venue's exits. Grande speaks about the trauma in her new "Dangerous Women Diaries" docu-series on YouTube.
The video that was released Friday night starts off with a countdown and Em's voiceover: "I've always looked at battle rap as competition or war, and the main objective is to destroy, completely f--king obliterate your opponent by saying anything and everything, whatever the f--k you can, to get a reaction from the crowd. So nothing's off limits."
Grande wasn't the only artist that Eminem mentioned. He complimented Jada Pinkett Smith by rapping, "Told this chick she's hot as Jada Pinkett / And just stared 'til I made her think it."
"Justin Bieber in a Catholic school / Selling dust and reefer when your back is to him" he rapped in one bar.
When mentioning Witherspoon, the hip-hop icon created a scenario where the actress is "nude," "bruised" and "beat with a broom." The rest of the verse that followed contains gruesome and disturbing content, so we'll spare you the details.
As for Aguilera, Eminem called out a "Christina," but it's unclear if he was speaking about the "Dirrty" singer -- although it wouldn't be the first time he did. Em directly referenced Aguilera in his 2000 hit, "The Real Slim Shady."
In this freestyle he rhymeed, "F--k Christina with a plastic spoon / While I bump some G-Funk and blast some Snoop / Cause her double g-cups are massive, huge! / It's fun for me just to grab a boob / Plus my penis got an attitude."
