This girl definitely found a way to make an impression, but can she keep it up?
We thought we'd seen it all on "The Bachelor," but apparently we were dead wrong.
In a promo for the upcoming season of the ABC dating series, a contestant named Bri pretends to be Australian to make herself "stand out" from all the beautiful ladies vying for Colton Underwood's virgin heart.
Is this lie going to take her down (under)? #TheBachelor pic.twitter.com/OrHrathRYJ
@BachelorABC
"You've got a nice accent, where are you from?" Colton asked after Bri introduced herself. "The accent, it's Australian," she replied, "I was hoping that you're kind of a sucker for accents."
"I am," Colton said, as Bri added. "I didn't know what you'd think about it." His response: "I love it."
"I'm not really Australian," Bri later told the cameras in a confessional. "But you gotta do what you can to stand out."
While the 24-year-old model, who is originally from Los Angeles, technically didn't lie to the former "Bachelorette" star -- her accent is from down under, even if she isn't -- she didn't exactly tell the truth either.
After "The Bachelor" Twitter account posted the clip (above), people went into a frenzy on social media. Some were entertained by the white lie, while others were shaking their heads in disapproval. Overall, the reactions were absolutely priceless. Check them out below.

Some of the best actors in the world have tried to do an Aussie accent for film & TV & were unsuccessful. Then Bri comes along thinking that she can nail it 😂
@SarahMareeLife
How does she think it'll go down when The Bachelor finds out she lied? I have so many questions... https://t.co/lzVdaVO7i2
