Often the butt of many jokes on the late-night comedy series, President Donald Trump's oldest son logged on to Twitter Thursday morning with the intention of making a snarky comment about the Democrats' 2020 presidential platform. What ended up happening was internet gold.
"It's almost like a funny version of an S&L skit," he shared with his 3.29 million followers.
Yes, Don Jr. has spent his 41 years on Earth under the impression that the NBC show was actually called "Saturday and Live" -- and Twitter is losing it. A plethora of writers, comedians and "SNL" alums are savagely roasting him for his tweet -- which at the time of this article's publishing -- was very much still on his page.
"Junior, sometimes you make your dad look like Einstein," one critic wrote. Another tweeted, "I love watching old episodes of 'Saturday and Live' with my favorite comedians Wilt Ferdel, Adang Sambler and musical guest Pearl James."
A third tweeted, "Honest mistake, buddy. I used to think it was 'Lauren Order'! Perfectly understandable slip-up for a 9-year-old to make. Wait, you're HOW MANY YEARS OLD? JESUS CHRIST. YOU STUPID, OILY-HEADED MOTHERF--KER."
Even Chris Evans couldn't believe his eyes. "LIVE FROM NEW YORK, IT'S SATURDAY AAAAAAAND!!!!" he joked.
