There's some new blood coming to "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club," but it looks like the boss and her new employee don't see eye to eye.
MTV just dropped an explosive sneak peek at the second half of the season on Monday morning, before tonight's new episode.
And while the footage starts off with glimpses of drag queens, bikini waxes and a whole lotta nudity, it quickly takes a serious turn. First, someone gets fired (our guess, based on who's MIA the rest of the clip, is Jules), before two new hires join the cast.
One, Kailah Casillas, came to the show fresh off of MTV's "The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars." Immediately, she and Lohan butt heads.
"Don't speak over me, that's disrespectful!" Lohan snips at her at one moment. In a confessional, Kailah then gets shady, saying, "I'm not going to let someone treat me bad just because they were in 'Mean Girls' one time, cool, I don't care."

Speaking with Page Six, Casillas said Lohan isn't "the type of person that I would want to work for," adding that she feels "the environment that she creates in her workplace is not something that I would want for myself."
Casillas makes her debut on tonight's new episode, as "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" airs on its new night, Monday at 10pm PT, on MTV.
