"It's a strange time ... what do you say?" Saget says of his co-star.

Bob Saget is clearly uncomfortable talking about his friend and "Full House" co-star Lori Loughlin's involvement in the college admissions scandal.

While appearing on the "Today" show Tuesday morning, the actor was asked about Loughlin, who recently pled not guilty on all charges.

"I will say that I love her and I will say no comment," Saget said. "It's a personal thing, it's a personal thing. It's a strange time...what do you say?"

Saget, who starred alongside Loughlin on "Full House" from 1987-95 and on the Netflix spinoff "Fuller House," shared similar thoughts while speaking to People Now on Monday, saying he loves Loughlin "very much."

"It's personal and that's where I'm keeping it," Saget said. "There are 30 years of love there. More than that. So that's all I got."

Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli, alongside actress Felicity Huffman and dozens of other parents, were named in a fraud investigation, and stand accused of bribing their kids into elite schools.

Loughlin and Giannulli, in particular, have been accused of paying $500,000 to pass their daughters, Olivia Jade, 19, and Isabella, 20, off as members of the USC crew team, even though neither competitively rowed before.

Unlike Huffman, who pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud as well as honest services mail fraud as part of a plea deal, Loughlin and Giannulli refused this deal and had the extra charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering tacked on as a result, as well as extending their potential prison stay to a maximum of 40 years each.
