RiRi trolled Charlize ... hard.
Appearing on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" on Wednesday, the "Long Shot" actress revealed the lengths the "Rude Boy" singer will go for a joke, after explaining the two share the same publicist.
"It's tough. You want your publicist to like you, you want to think your publicist thinks you're worth putting out there in the world and that has to come from a very authentic place," Theron explained. "It's hard when your other client is somebody like Rihanna."
She joked her "coolness level" will never reach Rihanna status, but added, "I always really sincerely thought that my publicist really loved me."
"And then, so for my birthday, she always sends me a little text," Theron continued. "She just said like 'Happiest birthday,' she didn't even write birthday she just wrote 'b-day.'"
Theron realized there was definitely a hierarchy between the two clients though when she received a random gift in the mail a couple months ago.
"It was a t-shirt and Rihanna had made a t-shirt of the birthday greeting that my publicist gave her, which literally was like 'To my favorite, most favorite client ever,'" Theron told Meyers. "Rihanna wrote in the following e-mail, 'I'm making a t-shirt of this and sending it to Charlize' and I don't think my publicist Amanda ever thought that was gonna happen."
Well, it did. And Theron showed it off to the studio audience, deadpanning that it, "Made me feel great."
