The Extra host claimed Jiu-jitsu has also brought him closer to his son.

Mario Lopez and Mark-Paul Gosselaar have had a rivalry since their Bayside days... and it seems nothing's changed.

The "Saved by the Bell" co-stars allegedly spend their free time beating up one another, but don't worry; there's no bad blood.

Making his 30th appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Lopez said Jiu-jitsu training has actually brought AC Slater and Zack Morris closer together.

"We're both blue belts in Jiu-jitsu and he hit me up about wanting to train so we started working together, and now we beat each other up often," the "Extra" host told Ellen.

"It's funny because we had an old fight scene that is now somewhat a little iconic just because it was so realistic, and I want to take choreography credit for that," the 45-year-old continued. "Now we are doing it in real life. I love that I've remained friendly with my former cast mates."

Lopez also revealed that it was his five-year-old son son Dominic who ultimately got him into the martial art, which he found was a great way to bond and spend quality time with his boy.

Quality time is something the Lopez family will be doing lots of in the upcoming months as he's expecting baby number three with wife Courtney Laine Mazza by the end of 2019. The star's family is waiting until the delivery to find out the gender which, he revealed to Ellen, is what he did with both children in the past. (Dominic also has an eight-year-old sister, Gia.)

"My wife, she wears pregnancy so well. She looks beautiful pregnant. I love her pregnant," Mario gushed, adding: "Our frisky goes to the next level when she's pregnant too."
