Farrah Abraham Weighs in on Jessica Biel's Anti-Vaxx Controversy (Exclusive)

Farrah Abraham has some strong -- and complicated -- thoughts on child vaccinations.

While at the Secret Room Events Style Lounge in Los Angeles, the "Teen Mom" alum weighed in on the backlash Jessica Biel received last week when she met with state legislators alongside Robert F. Kennedy Jr, to oppose SB 276, a bill that would limit medical exemptions from vaccinations.

"I think it's all good with the anti-vaccinations," Abraham said. "With Sophia, it's like, 'Do I want to do vaccinations? Do I not?' It's like, 'Is she going to get sick?' You know some kids have died from vaccinations."

"So I understand that some parents feel that there should not...it's a parent's choice, just like with pregnancy, it's the woman's choice. So however you feel it's going to," she continued, "benefit your family or you, then make the right choice. So I think Jessica Biel is bringing light to that."

When asked if she stands with Biel, Abraham said, "I think she's playing the best for everyone. Some people can't go to school if you don't vaccinate your kids, then your kids can't go to school. So I think everyone should be treated equal, healthy and safe."

On the other hand, the former reality star admitted her daughter, Sophia, 10, had been vaccinated.

"Do you like shots, though?" Abraham asked her daughter, who shook her head in response. "I understand it's no fun. But you're healthy right? Because of those? So sometimes it works out."

"Sophia has been vaccinated," she confirmed. "Luckily we haven't had any issues you know from going to schools. Now she does online schooling."

Meanwhile, Biel and Kennedy visited the capitol of California last week in opposition of SB 276, a proposed state bill that would limit medical exemptions from vaccinations. The actress didn't say whether or not she vaccinated her son Silas, 5, who she shares with husband Justin Timberlake, but explained she supports a family's right to choose to opt out of getting them.Biel also pointed out she has a personal connection to someone who she claims would be negatively impacted by the proposed bill.

"My dearest friends have a child with a medical condition that warrants an exemption from vaccinations, and should this bill pass, it would greatly affect their family's ability to care for their child in this state," she wrote on Instagram. "That's why I spoke to legislators and argued against this bill. Not because I don't believe in vaccinations, but because I believe in giving doctors and the families they treat the ability to decide what's best for their patients and the ability to provide that treatment."

She added, "I encourage everyone to read more on this issue and to learn about the intricacies of #SB277. Thank you to everyone who met with me this week to engage in this important discussion!"
