Frances Bean Cobain has shared some of her own acoustic music, leaving fans with fond memories of her late father, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

The 26-year-old posted two clips from a song she wrote to Instagram. In the videos, Frances is seen playing the guitar as she belts out the heartfelt lyrics, presumably about her dad -- who died of an apparent suicide back in 1994 when Frances was not even two-years-old.

"be forewarned , these are clips of a very sad song," she wrote in the caption. "but it's raw and truthful so i wanted to share it."

Frances, who is the daughter of Cobain and Courtney Love, added the lyrics -- which she sang in the video -- to her post.

"I know you weren't meant to stay in this place / Sometimes I find it hard to look at My own face," she sang (and wrote). "Maybe one day I will talk to you / If I'm lucky it won't be too soon."

"They say I'm soft and resemble an Angel," she added. "What happens to angels when they die?"

The model also teased she would be releasing more new music soon.

"Music coming soonish y'all," Frances wrote in the caption. "thanks for the continued interest and words of encouragement. I see them all and they make my heart full."

April 2019 marked the 25th anniversary of Cobain's death. A few months earlier, Frances spoke about her father's legacy and opened up about how her relationship with his fortune.

"My relationship to money is different because I didn't earn it," Frances told RuPaul on his podcast "RuPaul: What's the Tee?" in February. "It's almost like this big, giant loan that I'll never get rid of. I have an almost foreign relationship to it, or guilt, because it feels like money from somebody that I've never met, let alone haven't earned myself."
