Bye Twitter, everyone hates me. Depression sucks and you’ve got what you wanted. Hope you’re happy. Just keep writing about me, but I’m out. ✌🏼— Jenelle Eason (@PBandJenelley_1) August 10, 2019
The MTV star, 27, made headlines back in May after it was revealed her husband, 31, killed their French bulldog, Nugget. Eason admitted to putting the dog down after it allegedly bit the couple's daughter, Ensley, 2. As a result of the incident, which took place on April 30, the couple temporarily lost custody of their children.
Although Eason admitted to killing the pup, in early July, Evans backtracked and said she didn't know if the dog "was shot or killed or not," according to a media release from the Columbus County Sheriff's Office.
However, Evans then spoke to TMZ Live on July 12 and said she never told the police Eason shot the dog, but believe he was guilty. Two days later, the couple bought not one, but two new furry friends for the family, despite telling TMZ they had no dogs.
Last month, Evans and Eason regained custody of their children. "I am ecstatic to regain custody of my kids," the "Read Between the Lines" author told Us Weekly at the time. "Throughout this long process and final decision, I am excited to be moving forward and continuing to show America I'm a good parent."
Evans shares son Jace, 10, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis and son Kaiser, 5, with her ex-fiancee Nathan Griffith. Eason shares Ensley with Evans, but also has a 12-year-old daughter Maryssa from a previous relationship.
