An hour after the episode aired, Roger took to Instagram.
UPDATED at 11:17 a.m. on 8/23/19:
Roger took to Instagram later Friday morning to share videos of Greyson enjoying himself at Digger Land USA, a construction theme park for kids.
"A rainy day @diggerlandusa is still better than sitting at home staring at the TV," he captioned the post, which could be seen as a subtle jab at his reality star ex-partner.

Roger Mathews isn't letting his estranged wife's claims on Thursday's "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" get him down.
During the episode, Jenni "JWoww" Farley finally and reluctantly opened up about why she filed for divorce, only after Roger shared nearly a dozen videos to his Instagram, claiming Jenni had kicked him out of their home and was refusing to let him see their kids.

View StoryAn hour after the episode aired, Roger took to his Instagram to let his 1.7 million followers know he had taken Meilani, 5, and Greyson, 3, for ice cream.
On his Story, he shared a video of their son riding a scooter in his pajamas. Hopping off the scooter, Greyson walked over to where Meilani was standing, right in front of an ice cream shop. A young woman who appeared to be with them was standing close by.
"PJ's, Scootin and ice cream," Roger wrote over the video.
He shared a second video to his feed showing the kiddos enjoying their ice cream. "What do you think? Yummy? What'd you get? What kind?" he's heard asking his daughter, who adorably responds, "Cookie dough bites, and Greyson got cookie monster." When Roger panned the camera over to Greyson, he took a big bite of his blue frozen treat and repeated, "Cookie monster!"
"We got the whole place to ourselves! Nobody here," Roger's heard saying, panning around the outside area where they were sitting. Toward the end of the video, Meilani's heard talking to a woman off camera, presumably the woman who was standing with them before.
"Beautiful night for a scooter ride and some ice cream," Roger captioned the video. "Nothing but positive vibes over here for the Mathews clan."
On Friday morning, he shared a photo holding his first born when she was just a baby. "5 years ago today," he wrote over the image. "Meilani Alexandra Mathews."

Roger's posts came immediately after his estranged wife spoke publicly about their divorce.
At the top of Thursday's Season 3 premiere, Jenni told the camera, "My divorce, um, it was a sore subject. I filed before the dude ranch, but I didn't wanna talk about it publicly out of respect for my children. So when those videos came out, I feel like it was a really, really low blow by Roger."
Roger posted several videos to his Instagram, one from the backseat of a police car, saying Jenni had filed a restraining order against him.
"I'm not allowed to go home and see my children," he said in the selfie-style video. In another, he said, "We're gonna address this in court, which is the proper place to address it." Roger assured his fans he would keep them "updated on all of this."
"I feel like Ron and Jen," a defeated Jenni said to Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi during a FaceTime call, mocking Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's tumultuous relationship with Jen Harley. "I just try to keep everything so private, and I literally feel like I'm on all the tabloids." Nicole said she was running errands but would be over as soon as she could.
JWoww Explains Why She Wanted to Keep Her Divorce Private
View Story"In the last 24 hours, I've just been going through it," Jenni told the camera. "Like, shit got real." In her confessional, Snooki elaborated, claiming, "Roger decided to post all of these videos attacking Jenni for being this horrible person and a horrible mom. Now, it's in the news. It's everywhere. It's awful."
Once Nicole made her way to Jenni's, the two spoke more candidly.
"I thought silence was for the greater good," Jenni began, before Nicole interrupted to agree with her. "It is! Who wants their shit out in the public anyway? I guess he does!"
"As bad as our relationship got, I stayed f--king quiet because that's what you're supposed to do!" Jenni said angrily. "So to me, the ultimate betrayal is the fact that he went public."
"It's like 12 videos of saying that you broke up the family and you didn't want it to work and you took the kids away from him," Nicole said. "Which is not the case at all!"
"Little does anybody know, Jenni let Roger stay in the house after she filed for divorce so he could still be with the kids, but he would start fights in front of the children," she later revealed. "So finally, enough is enough, she called the cops, said you gotta get out. But she never said, 'Roger can't see his kids.'"
"All I said was, 'I want a cooling off period.' I don't want him in my face," Jenni said to her friend. "And then he left. People think that I had him arrested. Not even the case because you wouldn't have your phone in the back of a cop car! They were being nice and giving him a ride."
'Jersey Shore' Recap: Ronnie Calls JWoww 'Fake as F--k,' Sympathizes with Her Estranged Husband Roger
View StorySecurity footage from inside Jenni and Roger's home showed Jenni talking to the cops, presumably on the night Roger recorded himself from inside the police car.
"If you ask the judge to give you sole parenting until that restraining order hearing in three-to-seven days, the judge is gonna give you that," an officer was heard telling Jenni, who sounded like she was crying. "Look, I don't wanna do that to him," she replied. "He should be allowed to see them. He's not a bad dad. I'm not gonna say those things."
Nicole told Jenni that Roger "stooped to Ron and Jen level," which pained JWoww to hear.
"The irony in all of this is I love to make fun of Ron and Jen -- car chases, getting ran over, drama -- and now I'm on that level," she told the camera. "And I'm sure Ron and Jen are looking at each other like, 'Oh, did you see what's on the morning paper today? Not us!'"
Jenni got emotional as she told Nicole that all she wanted was for the situation to "calm down because I'm in the public eye, and I don't want this to get out of control. But at the end of the day, he's still the father of my kids. Gotta keep it together. Everything that I do in this life today, the kids come first. And for him to literally just piss on all that and call me like a piece-of-shit mom, that sucks."
JWoww later told the camera, "The last thing I want is for this divorce to drag out. Thankfully, we have a prenup 'cause this thing can't end soon enough."
"Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on MTV.
