Zooey Deschanel has moved on with a new man in her life... "Property Brothers" star Jonathan Scott.
The "New Girl" star, 39, was spotted holding hands with the HGTV host, 41, as they arrived to a restaurant in Los Angeles on Friday in pictures obtained by Hollywood Life.

View StoryThe outing came just one week after Deschanel announced her split from her husband of four years, Jacob Pechenik.
In the photographs, the pair seemed quite comfortable with each other as they beamed while looking into each other's eyes.
Back in August, Deschanel and Scott, alongside Deschanel's sister Emily and Scott's brother Drew, filmed a "Carpool Karaoke" segment for "The Late Late Show With James Cordon". Drew shared an Instagram snap of the four from the event with the caption "Brothers and sisters everybody sing. Quick, we need a band name for @carpoolkaraoke!"

On September 6th, Deschanel and Pechenik, 47, released a statement confirming their break up.
"After much discussion and a long period of contemplation we have decided we are better off as friends, business partners and co-parents rather than life partners. We remain committed to our business, our values and most of all our children. Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time."
